I think it was around the Second Phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe when I realized HR professionals are very much similar to superheroes. HR work is many times unseen and kept behind closed doors, not known to employees, when the HR team is fighting to achieve amazing results for them.

We fight for the people when no one is watching and, in many cases, when it’s really unpopular. And it’s rarely seen.

15+ in HR, Flóra Bondici spent her last six years as Chief People Officer. A passionate believer in great HR and driving amazing business outcomes through empowered and nurtured HR Teams.
Flóra spent her career mainly in Global Remote Software Startup (Trax Retail, Planorama, Toptal) and Multinational Technology and Manufacturing (GE), with several smaller projects in Banking and Retail sectors. Main locations where she has supported great business outcomes were USA, Singapore, France, Hungary, UK, Israel, Brasil, Italy, Spain, Germany, Ukraine.
Her superpower is building innovative and fun remote employee experience with limited budget, in a scale-up hyper growth environment. She has built well-working HR solutions in Employer Branding, Diversity and Inclusion, Recruitment, Team by Team Onboarding, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Job Levelling Structures, Career Development, Talent and Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Implementing various HR Technology Stacks (Engagement, HRIS, Recruitment, PM etc.) and supported several M&As and Integrations.

Promoted to European HR Manager and had a week travelling to 4 countries.

2012

Moved to Circleville, Ohio as an HR Manager for Circleville Lamp Plant. Lived in 53 different hotels, had a week I’ve visited 3 continents.

2011

Joined GE as an HRLP working in Organization and Talent Development, EMEA

2007

Joined a boutique HR Consulting Company as a Trainer and HR Consultant

Started working in various Retail Leadership roles
